I love nothing more than to see local businesses giving something back to the community, particularly when it involves helping the Homeless and vulnerable among the region.
I came across this story on the Chronicle live website –
King Koby, a Leeds based Barber Shop with salons in Newcastle’s Grainger Street, and Swinegate York, are offering “free haircuts, free pizza, free drinks and free kindness” to the homeless of Newcastle.
They’ve already held a successful event in York, so the guys are hoping to be able to replicate that success again in Newcastle.
The event takes place on Tuesday 23rd April from 3pm at King Koby Chop Shop, 80 Grainger Street, Newcastle.
If you know anyone who could benefit from this event, send them along, and help these guys at King Koby to give back to our community.
